If possible, please telephone us with a booking enquiry first. Once the booking is verified, please confirm your booking by sending the booking form on to us by post or FAX..

Fill in the booking form, making sure that all parts are completed, and it is signed and dated.

Post on the form to us, together with a cheque for the amount of the non returnable deposit, plus the booking fee. If your booking is within six weeks of the start of your holiday, the full amount plus the booking fee will be payable. Instead of a cheque, you can fill in your credit / debit card details, and we will take the amount authorised by you.

Please note that we make no extra charge for payment by credit card.

VISITORS FROM ABROAD: Please let us have your credit card details, not a cheque.

                                          British Banks charge payers for processing foreign cheques,

                                          money orders, etc.

Please note that Clovenstone Lodge is booked from Saturday to Saturday

BOOKINGS FOR FUTURE YEARS

We are happy to accept provisional bookings for the following season. (e.g. from October 2008 onwards, to accept bookings for 2009).

If your booking is accepted, we will post our acknowledgement  to you on the working day following receipt, together with the contract, and a form to use when paying the balance.

The balance of your payment is due  SIX WEEKS ( 42 DAYS ) before the start of your holiday. If you paid your deposit by credit / debit card, we will TAKE THE BALANCE six weeks prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated.

When we receive your balance, we will send to you, ( on the next working day ), an acknowledgement of receipt, directions to the house, details of key collections, etc.

Once the deposit is paid and the contract issued to you, your deposit cannot be refunded.
